Orders will normally be posted by the next working day subject to stock availability. Due to the vagaries of the postal system please allow up to 28 days for delivery.
Postage and delivery in the UK
Postage in the UK is included in the price. All items are sent using Royal Mail. Gel Packs are sent using First Class post, and ball bungees on their own go by Second Class, so delivery is typically within a couple of days. Royal Mail Signed for service is an optional extra, selectable when you check out. Royal Mail Special Delivery is also available for a guaranteed next day service.
Overseas Postage and delivery outside of the UK
Postage for orders outside the UK is calculated according to the weight of the items you order. Prices for Europe start at £3.00 for 100g. For the rest of the world, prices start at £3.50. This is calculated by weight when you check out - alternatively use the shipping calculator before checkout.
Normal shipping is via Royal Airmail Small Packet service which does not have tracking available. Royal Mail typically quote delivery times as from 3-5 days, though experience has proven that this can sometimes extend into a couple of weeks. Please be patient.
Please note, due to packages going missing en-route to Russia, I now only send packets to Russia via International Signed For service - which provides a tracking number.
Tracking: If you require a service with a tracking number, then you need to select International Signed For
which costs an extra £4.95 on top of the normal small packet price.
For some countries the higher priority Airsure 
service is available starting in price from £6 + normal airmail postage. Airsure is available to: AD, AT, BE, CH, DE, DK, ES, FI, FO, FR, IE, IS, LI, LU, MC, NL, PT, SE in Europe and to BR, CA, HK, MY, NZ, SG, US in the rest of the world. Elsewhere only International Signed for service is available.
Please allow up to 28 days for delivery, but in the majority or cases the delivery will be much sooner. It is impossible to say exactly how long a packet will take as this depends on both Royal Mail and your local postal service.
Depending on the contents of the order, I may upgrade the postage to a signed for service at no further cost.
Lost packets
Royal Mail only accept claims for lost deliveries 28 days after posting - if your packet hasn't arrived after, then I can make a claim.
It is a good idea to check with your local postal delivery office in case an attempt to deliver has been made, and the postman didn't leave a card. I have had parcels returned to me from overseas as uncollected. This obviously adds a significant delay in getting your goods to you.
Payment
Payments are handled by Paypal, though in the UK you can also pay by cheque or postal order. You can pay by credit card using Paypal's system if you do not have a Paypal account. Look out for the small link opposite to the large login form.
Paypal e-cheques: If you require fast delivery, then try and avoid paying with a Paypal e-cheque. These can take around 10 days or more to 'clear' before I can post your order. If an e-cheque is the only option in your Paypal account, check your backup funding options - often this is down to the backup funding card passing it's expiry date.
All payments and prices are in £ GBP British Pounds. Paypal sorts out the currency conversion. If you want to check out the prices in your local currency, try the XE.com Universal Currency Converter. Bear in mind, though Paypal's exchange rate will vary a bit.
Returns
If in the unlikely event you are not satisfied with your order, then please use the contact page or email to contact FlashGels within 7 days of receipt to arrange return, replacement or refund. Refunds do not include any associated postage costs.
